ABOUT CINKLAB
WHERE IT STARTED
Born from the culture. Built to move it forward.
Cinklab is a Quebec-based company rooted in urban art, creativity and creative entrepreneurship.
Our expertise brings together several complementary worlds: artistic production, muralism, events, artist collaborations, product development, e-commerce, distribution and marketing.
Cinklab was created by the founders of Fondation Labs and CollabINK, with a shared vision: build a commercial structure capable of supporting the creative ecosystem on a much larger scale.
Fondation Labs continues its role as a creative laboratory, an experimental space and an artistic platform. CollabINK brings years of experience in artist collaborations, production and product development.
Cinklab brings these strengths together through a commercial, technological and marketing infrastructure built for artists, creators, professionals, collectors and retailers.
Our role is to create stronger connections between artists, products, audiences and markets.
OUR MISSION
Give creativity more reach.
Our mission is to give artists and creative communities better tools, stronger platforms and more opportunities to develop and share their work.
That includes access to specialized materials, artist collaborations, exclusive product development, distribution, e-commerce and visibility.
We want to build an environment where artists can find the tools they need, develop new projects, reach new audiences and access an infrastructure capable of supporting their growth.
For us, creation, distribution, technology and visibility are part of the same ecosystem.
MORE THAN A STORE
Cinklab is built as a platform where creative tools and artist-driven products live side by side.
- Spray paint and specialized art supplies.
- Prints and reproductions.
- T-shirts, apparel and accessories.
- Limited editions.
- Art objects.
- Exclusive collections.
- Artist collaborations.
What connects every category is simple: the artists and the culture surrounding them.
OUR EXPERTISE
Field experience
Our knowledge comes directly from practice.
Murals, festivals, productions, events, collaborations and artistic projects are part of our everyday reality.
That direct connection gives us a practical understanding of the products we work with.
We use them, compare them and observe how they perform in real creative environments.
That experience directly shapes the products we distribute and the solutions we recommend.
E-commerce and technology
A major part of our expertise also happens behind the screen.
We develop and operate e-commerce platforms capable of managing large catalogues, complex variations, inventory, professional orders and different distribution models.
This experience allows us to build digital tools around the specific realities of the creative industry.
For Cinklab, the Web is a tool for discovery, distribution and visibility.
Marketing and visibility
Strong creative work deserves strong visibility.
We use our experience in marketing, e-commerce, content, social media, events and digital campaigns to give more reach to the artists, products and projects we support.
We focus on the complete story behind each project.
- The artist.
- The process.
- The work.
- The project.
- The culture.
- That context gives products meaning and helps audiences connect with the people behind them.
Artist collaborations
Collaboration is a core part of our identity.
Our network includes artists working across graffiti, street art, muralism, tattooing, illustration, contemporary art and related creative disciplines.
Some are emerging talents. Others have established careers and international recognition.
This direct relationship with artists allows us to develop products together: prints, apparel, accessories, limited editions, art objects and exclusive collections.
Each collaboration creates a new way for an artist’s work to travel and reach a different audience.
Distribution
Better distribution helps creative scenes grow.
Cinklab is developing an infrastructure capable of serving individual artists, professional muralists, studios, organizations, festivals, shops and retailers.
Our multi-brand approach also gives us the freedom to recommend products based on their actual strengths and applications.
Different artists need different tools.
Our role is to give them more choice and better options.
OUR STRENGTH IS THE CONNECTION
Cinklab’s real strength comes from the way our different areas of expertise work together.
We can understand an artist’s needs in the field, provide the right tools, develop a collaboration, turn creative work into a product, build the platform to sell it, create the campaign to present it and support its distribution.
That continuity defines Cinklab.
We create stronger connections between creators, producers, distributors and the people discovering their work.
BUILT FOR WHAT’S NEXT
Urban art has evolved dramatically.
Artists who came from graffiti and street culture now create monumental murals, exhibit in galleries, collaborate with international brands, develop their own products and build communities far beyond their original cities.
The infrastructure around them is evolving too.
Cinklab wants to help shape that next stage.
- By connecting artists with better tools.
- By giving projects more reach.
- By creating new collaborations.
- By making artwork and artist-driven products more accessible.
- By connecting local creative scenes with much larger networks.
Our goal is to help build a creative ecosystem that is more accessible, more connected and more ambitious.
OUR VISION
We see Cinklab as a meeting point.
- Between art and commerce.
- Between culture and technology.
- Between artists and brands.
- Between independent creation and professional distribution.
- Between the field and the digital world.
A place capable of supplying the materials for a mural, launching a collection with an established artist, distributing an exclusive edition or introducing a new creator to a wider audience.
Because in the end, everything starts in the same place.
With someone who wants to create something.
CINKLAB
Tools. Art. Artists. Culture.
Connected.
